Louis leads Business Intelligence at Psicon, helping the organisation use data and insight to improve services, inform strategy and support sustainable growth.
He joined Psicon in 2015 as a Business Analyst before progressing through more senior roles, most recently serving as Director of Finance from 2019 to 2025. As a member of the senior leadership team, Louis plays a key role in strengthening Psicon’s analytical capability and ensuring that high-quality intelligence informs strategic decision-making and operational performance.
